Paul began his insurance career in 1975 with a large national insurance company focusing on sales and marketing and progressed to ownership of a independent insurance agency in the Midwest. In 1982, Paul and his family, relocated to the Dallas, Texas area where he began his insurance recruiting career. In January 1989, Southwest Selective Search was formed. Paul’s work ethic and reputation for quality service has allowed him to win numerous local and state awards over the years. Under Paul’s leadership, and the support of many longstanding client companies, the company has maintained consistent growth and strives to provide personal service to each of our clients and candidates. Southwest Selective Search is proud to be a member of the National Insurance Recruiters Association. NIRA is a professional association of highly select insurance recruiting firms operating on a regional, national, and international basis. Our member firms work together on a cooperative basis which gives us more comprehensive geographic coverage for both our clients and candidates. For recruiting firms to be selected as members of the National Insurance Recruiters Association, they must first go through an extensive selection process which includes background and reference checks.
